Aquatana Covid-19 Statements
Update 04/27/2020 - Main Office Reopens with Social Distancing Guidelines
As Montana, Havre and the Hi-Line begins reopening their businesses, Aquatana has also reopened their office doors with regular business hours. To ensure the well being of our customers and employees, we will be following the recommended social distancing guidelines. To promote the recommended social distancing, we are currently only allowing TWO customers in our office at one time. To help us better serve you, we ask that only one person per car enter our office. For your convenience, online ordering is still available.
Update 03/23/2020 - Changes Regarding In-Home Delivery
As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread and social distancing is advised by all levels of government, we plan to take action to help protect our communities, customers and staff.
Beginning Monday March 23, 2020, we have suspended in-home delivery services of bottled water and salt. We will however continue to deliver these products to your home but we will leave them outside. We understand that this might be an inconvenience for some and we apologize, however given the current times it is necessary. If you are a bottled water customer, simply leave your empty bottles outside and we will replace them with full bottles. If you have a specified location you would like your bottled water/salt or should have any questions please contact our office at 265-2424 or email us at customercare@aquatanamt.com.
